With a Master of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and extensive experience in design, development, and education, Chelsea seamlessly blends technical expertise and strategic vision to drive high-quality, profitable investments.

Her deep knowledge of project design, construction, and urban planning informs her ability to identify opportunities and execute impactful projects. Jolyn Jno Baptiste

Jolyn Jno Baptiste is a veterinarian and multifamily real estate syndicator, blending her passion for animal care with a drive for financial empowerment. She graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from St. George’s University, where she gained expertise in animal health and developed a strong foundation of empathy and problem-solving skills. After her veterinary training, Jolyn transitioned into real estate, becoming a multifamily syndicator.
At Belltori, Jolyn now partners with investors to acquire and manage multifamily properties, helping to provide quality housing while creating long-term wealth. Jolyn’s unique journey showcases her adaptability and dedication to both personal and community growth, as she continues to expand her real estate portfolio and make an impact in both industries.
Yolanda Jno Baptiste

Yolanda Jno Baptiste is an educator, human resources professional, and real estate investor with over 20 years of experience teaching Mathematics and Computer Science. Holding a BSc in Computer Science from Southwest Texas State University and a BEd from Memorial University of Newfoundland, she seamlessly combines leadership, education, and creativity in all her endeavors.
At Belltori, Yolanda specializes in sourcing and underwriting properties that drive profitability. As the loving mother to Chelsea and Jolyn Jno Baptiste, her passion for building strong foundations extends from her family to the communities she serves. As President of the Fernance and Cyrilla Family Club and founder of the Stories by Children movement, Yolanda champions young authors, supporting the publication of their stories, poems, and prose. Having transitioned from single-family investments to multifamily syndication, Yolanda leverages her strategic mindset to achieve financial freedom for her clients while fostering meaningful community impact.
